• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be subject to any legal order restricting your ability to contract.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban.
• Not a Compulsive Gambler: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously requested self-exclusion from odin188 or any other gaming platform.
• Not Acting on Behalf of Another: You must be registering and playing for yourself. Acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party is prohibited.

To access the full range of services on odin188, you must register a personal Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and residential address.

Account Accuracy: You warrant that all information provided during and after registration is true, accurate, current, and complete. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change. Provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. odin188 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any unsolicited communication. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. If you believe your Account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.

Two-Factor Authentication: odin188 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. This adds an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.

One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one registered Account. Duplicate Accounts discovered during routine security monitoring will be merged or permanently closed, and any associated bonuses forfeited.

By accessing and using the odin188 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. The following conditions govern your permitted use of the Platform:

5.1 Permitted Use. The Platform is provided for the personal entertainment of eligible registered Users. You may access games, place wagers, manage your Account, and utilise support services in accordance with these Terms.

5.4 Acceptable Behaviour. You must conduct yourself in a civil and respectful manner when interacting with odin188 staff and support agents. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour is grounds for immediate Account suspension.

5.5 Device and Software. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum technical requirements to access the Platform. odin188 is not liable for any issues arising from incompatible hardware or software.

odin188 supports a comprehensive range of payment methods catering specifically to Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, as well as cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT).

6.1 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most e-wallet and DuitNow methods, and RM50 for FPX bank transfers. Cryptocurrency deposits have a minimum equivalent of MYR 30 for USDT and ETH, and MYR 50 for BTC.

6.2 Currency. All deposits and account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) by default. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation.

6.3 Processing Times. E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are credited instantly. FPX bank transfers are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes. Processing times may vary during periods of high traffic or technical maintenance.

6.4 Deposit Source. All deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges pending investigation. odin188 reserves the right to return funds to the originating payment account if a third-party source is detected.

6.5 No Deposit Fees. odin188 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. Your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which odin188 accepts no responsibility.

7.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal. Withdrawals are available to registered Users who have completed KYC identity verification and have no outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus balances.

7.2 Processing Times. odin188 targets the following processing times: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15 to 60 minutes. These are target times and not guaranteed. Processing delays may occur during system maintenance, high-volume periods, or when additional verification is required.

7.3 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals must, wherever possible, be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This is an anti-money laundering requirement. In cases where the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawals, alternative methods will be facilitated at odin188's discretion following additional verification.

7.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable daily or monthly limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account. odin188 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments in accordance with payment processor requirements.

7.5 Right to Verify. odin188 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, anti-fraud checks, or review of wagering history. This is standard practice across regulated gaming platforms and is not punitive.

8.1 Bonus Eligibility. All bonuses offered by odin188 are subject to specific eligibility criteria and wagering requirements published with each promotion. Players are responsible for reading and understanding all applicable bonus terms before opting in.

8.2 Standard Wagering Requirement. Unless otherwise specified, bonus credits are subject to a minimum 20x wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount. For example, a MYR 100 bonus requires MYR 2,000 in eligible wagers before the resulting balance may be withdrawn.

8.3 Game Contribution. Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Sports betting and slots typically contribute 100%. Live table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10% to 20%. Certain games may be excluded from wagering requirements entirely — exclusions are listed in the relevant promotion's terms.

8.4 Wagering Time Limit. All wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited to your Account. Unfulfilled wagering requirements at the expiry date result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings derived solely from the bonus balance.

8.5 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless explicitly stated, each promotion is available once per registered User, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts constitute a breach of these Terms.

8.6 odin188 Discretion. odin188 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. This will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account at the time of modification.

9.1 Accepted Bets. All wagers placed on odin188 are accepted subject to the specific rules of the game or betting market in question. By placing a bet, you confirm your acceptance of the applicable rules.

9.2 Bet Confirmation. A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed on screen and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical failure, connectivity issues, or system errors are deemed void and any funds reserved for the bet will be returned to your Account balance.

9.3 Manifest Errors. odin188 reserves the right to void bets and correct obvious errors in pricing, odds, or game results caused by human or technical error ("Manifest Errors"). This includes cases where odds or game outcomes were clearly erroneous at the time of the bet. We will endeavour to notify affected players promptly.

9.4 Suspended Markets. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at odin188's discretion — for example, during significant match events or due to a technical issue with a data feed. Bets placed before a suspension are honoured where possible but may be voided if the underlying event data is unreliable.

9.5 Sports Betting — Liga Super Malaysia & EPL. For football markets, including Liga Super Malaysia and English Premier League matches, all standard football betting rules apply. Overtime and penalty shootouts are not included in standard 90-minute markets unless specifically stated.

9.6 Casino Game Outcomes. All casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems. Game results are final once confirmed on screen. Technical malfunctions — whether on the Platform side or the Player's device — that interrupt a game round result in that round being voided and the stake returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on odin188. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Allowing any third party to use your Account;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to exploit the Platform;
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the Platform's software;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Depositing funds from third-party payment accounts not registered in your own name;
• Engaging in matched betting or bonus abuse schemes;
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, deception, or misrepresentation in relation to your Account or any transaction;
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or threatening conduct toward Platform staff or other users.

odin188 is required under its operating licence and anti-money laundering obligations to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) on all registered Users. KYC verification must be completed before a Player may process their first withdrawal and may be required at any other time at odin188's discretion.

11.1 Required Documents. Standard KYC documentation includes: (a) a clear photograph of a valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's License); (b) a recent proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence); and (c) a selfie photograph of the Player holding their ID document next to their face.

11.2 Verification Timeline. odin188 aims to review and process KYC submissions within 24 to 48 hours on business days. Players will be notified by email upon completion.

11.3 Suspended Withdrawals. Withdrawal processing will be placed on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed. Deposit and gaming activities may continue during the KYC process.

11.4 Right to Request Additional Documents. odin188 reserves the right to request additional documentation — such as proof of payment source, enhanced due diligence documents, or enhanced address verification — for Accounts that trigger internal risk thresholds.

11.5 Data Handling. All KYC documents are processed and stored in accordance with odin188's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection obligations. Documents are used exclusively for identity verification and regulatory compliance purposes.

odin188 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe environment for all Players. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment — not a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties.

12.1 Age Restriction. Access to all gaming and betting services on odin188 is restricted to persons aged 21 and above. This restriction is actively enforced through our KYC process. Any User found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account permanently closed and all deposits returned.

12.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who feel they need to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through their Account settings or by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to a permanent exclusion. During an active self-exclusion period, the Player may not create new Accounts, and odin188 will not send promotional communications to the Player.

All intellectual property rights in and relating to the odin188 Platform — including but not limited to the odin188 name, logo, brand identity, website design, software, graphics, user interface, game content (where owned by odin188), text, and documentation — are and remain the exclusive property of odin188 or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment as an eligible registered User. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without express written consent from odin188.

Game content available on the Platform is licensed from third-party game studios and remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.

14.1 No Warranty. The odin188 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. odin188 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

14.2 Service Interruptions. odin188 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, service interruptions, connectivity failures, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers.

14.3 Indirect Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, odin188 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

14.4 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, odin188's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

14.5 Player Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. odin188 is not responsible for any financial decisions made as a result of gaming outcomes. You assume full responsibility for all bets and wagers placed through your Account.

15.1 Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your Account at any time by contacting odin188 support. Prior to closure, all active wagering requirements must be settled, and any remaining balance (net of applicable deductions) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

15.2 odin188-Initiated Suspension. odin188 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; money laundering suspicion; bonus abuse; provision of false registration information; failure to complete KYC; or any activity deemed harmful to the integrity of the Platform.

15.3 Fund Handling on Closure. Upon closure of an Account for breach of these Terms, odin188 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, any bonus-derived winnings and applicable deposits may be forfeited in accordance with the specific clause of these Terms that was breached.

15.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. An administrative fee may be applied to dormant accounts in accordance with odin188's dormancy policy, details of which are available upon request from our support team.

odin188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the revised Terms take effect.

We recommend that all Users review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes that may affect their rights or obligations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which odin188 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and odin188 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
